Ken Wynne, DMD
Dr. Ken Wynne completed his undergraduate studies in biology with a minor in chemistry at California State University-Northridge. He received a two-year scholarship to University of Louisville School of Dentistry (ULSD), where he completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Dr. Wynne has practiced in the Anchorage area for over 20 years. In 2012, he opened his current office for Vietnam veterans and has expanded to provide care to patients of all ages.
Dr. Wynne regularly completes continuing education to stay at the forefront of the dental field. To date, he has completed 850 units of continuing educating in his career, including an oral surgery internship at Edwards Flight School in California.
- An award from the U.S. Senate in 1986 for treating all of Anchorage’s population for free when many Alaskans were out of work due to collapsing oil prices.
- An award from the Alaskan State Legislature in 1988, also for providing free dental care to Anchorage’s population in 1987 and 1988.
He treated all patients in need at Bean’s Café, including providing dental sealants for needy children in 1990.
Dr. Wynne met his wife in graduate school. They have two adult children and have enjoyed 40 years of bliss together. Dr. Wynne’s hobbies include whitewater rafting and visiting wildlife reserves in National Parks. He summited Mt. McKinley in the 70s and has been flying for over 35 years.

Dani — Office Manager
Dani was born and raised in Anaheim, California, so she is a lover of all things Disney and, of course, the beach. She received her bachelor’s degree from California State University-Fullerton in communications in 2011. Dani’s husband is from Anchorage and always talked about the beauty and adventure to be found here, so they relocated in 2015. Dani enjoys traveling, yoga, cross-country skiing and going hiking with her fur baby, Cheeto. She enjoys working for the practice because she likes being able to serve others and provide a caring environment for the patients and staff.
Ana — Registered Dental Hygienist
Ana attended the University of Alaska in Anchorage, earning her degree in dental hygiene in 1994. While completing her studies, she earned the Golden Scaler award for scaling technique and aptitude. Ana has been with Dimond Family Dental Center since 2018 and has more than 25 years of experience in the dental field. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them enjoy a healthy mouth. She loves being part of a long-established practice with loyal patients and working with a doctor who respects her abilities and trusts her to do her best with each patient she meets.
Ana was born in Chile and immigrated to the USA with her family at age 5. She has lived in Anchorage since she was 12. Ana loves the outdoors and going for hikes and bike rides. She is also a ZUMBA® enthusiast and takes classes several days a week.
Alycia (“Aly”) — Dental Assistant
Aly has been working as a chairside dental assistant since graduating from the dental assisting program at Career Care Institute in 2011. She believes that going to work every day holds something new and is another opportunity to ensure our patients feel comfortable and leave happy. In her downtime, she and her family love to go on hikes and bike rides exploring Alaska. Her favorite pastime is being with her husband; daughter, Natally; and sons, Nathan and Raymond.
Courtney – Dental Assistant
Courtney has been part of the Dimond Family Dental Center family since summer 2019. She loves the high standards of care and professional work environment of our office, and is committed to providing a safe and clean environment for our patients as well as proper documentation for their treatment.
Courtney grew up in Texas with her parents, two sisters and brother. Her hobbies include volunteering, drawing, and thrifting. Courtney is an animal lover, and has two dogs and two cats!
